I have samsung galaxy y duos (GT-S6102) Purchased a month back.
I have downloaded software samsung kies for PC synchronisation on my laptop.
it got installed finely and was working nicely for a week. but thereafter now when i try to connect
it via USB, it gives me message that "your device is not supported by samsung kies 2.0".( Snapshot enclosed alongwith)
i have updated my phone sotware and also used inbuilt "troubleshoot connection error " feature available in samsung kies 2.0.
it just re -installs drivers, but the problem remains same..
what should i do..? have samsung stopped support for this model with kies 2.0..?
is there any another software available for PC suite of my phone..?
