Which is better option between the:-
Samsung Galaxy Tab 620
OR
Apple iPad 2 16 GB (Wi-Fi)

I'd say iPad 2. Bigger Screen will give you Better Experience. And iOS is better than Android in terms of Tablets IMHO.
So, I'd recommend the iPad 2.

u could get ipad2 frm ebay arnd 21k if u wanna save

or save more n get ipad3 wifi 16gb @27k frm ngpay

You can have a 2GB sim in it but for that you have to buy 3G version of ipad then.
