You still haven't bought a phone? Just get something in the 15k-16k range... Xperia L is excellent value for money on the Android side. Lumia 720 is also excellent on Windows side...

Forget Ace 3, buy either Xperia L or Lumia 720... These phones will easily last you 2 years...
