1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Games : CS:GO, GTA5, Insurgency. Video Editing : Sony Vegas Pro & Adobe After effects. Streaming using OBS.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 50k-100k Flexible.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Not straight out of the box, later (Near Future May be)

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Win 7 x64 Ultimate

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: N.A (128GB SSD's in Raid 0)

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Nope. Already have BenQ XL2420T 120Hz (Still some headroom left)

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Will be re-suing the following components : Monitor(BenQ XL2420T), PSU (Corsair AX860), Optical Drive (Asus 12x Blu-Ray R/W), Peripherals like KB, Mice, Headset, Bungee & Mousepad (CM Storm QuickFire TK Cherry Brown, SS Sensei Heat Orange, HyperX Cloud, Zowie Camade, SS Fnatic Asphalt Ed.)

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: withing next 2-3 weeks.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes. Have built before.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Yet to figure out, where i will end up. Open options.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Would be happy if the configuration fits a cabinet like Corsair Graphite 380T or anything which is lan friendly. It will be easy to carry around without much of hassle.

Fact #101, CS:GO is a CPU Bound game (need atleast 300+fps in 1600x900 reso), so need a good processor. Also keep in mind about the OBS, eats huge amount of resources while streaming at 1080p.

I will be using a secondary PC to stream which is currently equipped with FX 8350, 16Gigs of DDR3 & GTX7702GB, if Required or any frame drops while ingame.

Few things i want to highlight.

1). I don't need a SSD & Storage Drives. Already have OCZ Vertex 3 128 in Raid 0 & WD Black 1TB in Raid 1 for storage.

2). Why not i7 4th Gen 4790k instead of 5820k? Priority is still gaming.
Key Note : Source Engine favors faster core, which results in Higher FPS with a better CPU eod.

2). Need a better cabinet, preferably Lan Friendly & ease of transportation. Sick & tired of CM Storm Scout II as of now.

1) Made the necessary changes in the table above,

2) Intel Core i7 5820K is still faster if OC'ed,

3) Made the necessary changes in the table above as per your requirement.
