I would like to give you a suggestion. Please don't change the look of site frequently. Visitors get used to it and suddenly you change the look, so its not a good habit. Be stick on it in future.

Exactly! Well, whatz in the name? It's all abt contents. 90% of hits are based on search engine results. Mine now featuring in first page of google search results of many keywords!
