Reset PC

Hi ppl,

Right now I formatted a p4 PC and installed windows xp. Now the problem-

I tried to partition and now there are 3 partitions (somehow could not delete one) and 3 installations of windows xp.

Please tell me a way so i can reset my pc and start from scratch ( install OS and Partition HDD). I do not want to keep any old data while some of it refuses to be deleted. I can't even format any of the partitions.

Please Clarify. Do you mean you have only one installation and showing three in the boot menu. If yes edit boot.ini file. Try deleting the partition via manage from my computer option if this doesn't work then try to boot via cd and then delete all the partition with a proper format not a quick one and if even this doesn't work try using a linux disk. if its not your problem then explain more and properly.
