This is for a gaming cafe for my friend. I request your inputs to refine the config that we have already put together.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Online games, primarily those available on Steam (Warcraft III, DotA2 .... )

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 33k for each system excluding keyboard, mouse and cabinet

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Win7/ Win8 (Will be licensed seperately, not included in this budget)

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 500GB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Yes, 20"

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Keyboard, Mouse, Cabinet

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: In about a month

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes, will be done by us.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Vellore. Plan to buy in Chennai (If rates are attractive, online)

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Open for branded purchases also, but I guess there might be a big difference in price (Lenovo, Dell)

hey, r7 250 is no powerful than r7 250x. former is a 7750 whereas the latter is a 7770 and the latter is much faster. get 250x anyday over r7 250. it is better to avoid xfx.

Actually R7 250X is over 7K, it is around 7.5 to 7.8K whereas original HD 7770 is available at 7.3K in Snapdeal (Sapphire model).

Thanks guys, I will certainly look into replacing R7 250 with R7260x, or atleast it will be R7250x.
And a special thanks to bavusani ;)

guys just curious, why not go for FX6300 when its the same cost?

a better mobo requires a little high investment. after all it is for a gaming cafe. the increased power consumption may be a factor for long running pcs. because there can be many number of such pcs running simultaneously in an inverter or ups.
