I am on the lookout for a replacement for my LG G2. Most of my requirements have been mentioned above. I basically want a replacement worthy of G2 which will serve me long. I have been using G2 for 3 years now.I would like a phone with good build quality which can withstand a little rough use with good battery backup(I travel a lot and also my reason for water/ dust resistance)

S8+ was selling here in local market for around 35k during sales. It will get atleast Android 10 so you should be okay with it+Samsung is becoming good with the patch updates nowadays.

Check s8 or other models. Since the s10 is coming so the prices will reduce even more.
