here we want to make home automation system which will having microcontroller and wired connection with usb of comp. i want to get knowledge how usb connection will established with micro controller ie what is the language available for controlling microcontroller to usb interface of comp.

why not do it in embed C for a serial port .. and then maybe use a serial port adapter ..... using USB is a lil bit hard .....

You get a lot of kits which are USB powered. Renesas M16C based uC is one of them. They will provide you with the drivers which will allow USB communication. They also give you a C compiler (basically an embedded C system). Do go thru Renesas website for more info.
