Red Hat, provider of enterprise open source solutions, announced that it has fully acquired its joint venture in India. The JV was established in 2000 by Javed Tapia.

GNU/Linux is a serious business (~Rs. 200 Crore, read it somewhere). More and More players are into the arena. MS face a serious threat here in India too.
