Recycle bin problem

In the zone
After deleting unwanted files from windows:p .....when i want to completly delete it from recycle bin....some files are not getting deleted....what is the problem????:confused:
Can any one suggest me plzzzzzz:)

Right off the assembly line
Please specify what files you are trying to delete, which OS you use and the error msg you get when you try to delete the file.
