Recommendations for a Laptop Cooling Pad

I have an HP Compaq NX7300 Notebook. The problem is that it gets quite hot, while that isn't abnormal however the keyboard feels way too hot. While is it right to assume that a cooling pad will reduce the temperatures to some limited extent?
The following Cooling pads I found:

Belkin Laptop Cooling Pad F5L001
Logitech Cooling Pad N100
CM Notepal Ax
CM Notepal A1

So are any of these cooling pads for the lappy fine? Or there are better options. My budget is Rs.800-1.5k.

Also recommend an online retailer or an ebay seller if you can for this item.

Getting one of these cooling pad lowers the temperature by 7-8 degrees. That's it. TheITWares is also a good option.

I have been using Belkin cooling pad with 4 usb ports.. its efficient - about Rs.1800/-
