Thanks but Could You Provide A Link for "Zotac GTX950 2GB Mini", I googled but couldn't find it!

You can go with Zotac GTX750Ti 2GB @ 6.5k from 2nd hand sellers via OLX. Zotac offers 2 + 3 years =5 yrs warranty total.

It looks like suggestions have been made. Although I would like to know what possible use a low end gfx will have over CPU?

I have i5 4570 processor and it encodes faster with OpenCL then the GPU that is RX 480 (which is considered a good GPU).

Unless OP's processor is very weak (no idea about AMD processors), in which case ignore my concern.
