Some Doubts

1.) What is the difference b/w 2 separate RAMs & Dual RAM Kit? Why costs of Dual kit RAMs are more?
2.) What is the advantage of overclocking? Is it safe to do that?

Please recommand me the best config under 40K

No diff.

2.) What is the advantage of overclocking? Is it safe to do that?
The advantage is that you can get extra performance without paying more. It is safe but that depends on the guy doing the overclock

I dunno. Maybe cause some people think that they are different. Or cause there is a surety that they will match.

^^ that's more like a a rig meant for the purpose mentioned. If movies are the main use, there is no need of a 5770, even onboard will do fine. however it is advisable to get 5670, more future proof to have a gfx card. And i strongly recommend the monitor suggested by jas

I would say get a wireless keyboard mouse combo from microsoft. Also get 2 TB of storage space (Those HD movies are very hungry for space, 1 TB seems a lot while thinking but is exhausted within months)

although it is easy to upgrade, yet it is better to get everything in one shot

Also, go for AMD Athlon II X4 630 if the price difference is within 500-600 as compared to X3 440
