RAW Video CD Format

Recently some of the pirated vcd's are in raw foramt. Firstly, the Cd's are available after they are formatted, so how do these people convert it into raw.
Secondly, windows doesn't open this raw cd nor does linux. so how to open this raw cd's

Hi buddy ,

u can use Isobuster 1.6 to read the RAW VCD's

these VCD's show no data when seen on OS,
but Isobuster 1.6 shows the tracks wriiten on it


u nca extract a VCD by selecting the MPG option from the program
