Rapidshare Premium A/c Sharing Issue

i will buy rapidshare premium a/c.... i see conditions on rs site that i can not share premium a/c...Is it true or just they write for security..... b/s i already shared my previous a/c....
rs provides 5 gb download per day... also provides new facility - webhosting for files,.... i download max. 2 gb per day....if anybody interested to buy and pay 50% of price means Rs. 175 (total price is Rs. 350), i will share a/c for month.....
