How is the range of the TP Link W8968?

If I place it in 1 room, will the signal reach another room 2 walls away? (10mts).
Will the signal reach another floor?

In both the cases yes from my side.

But I'm not sure about 10 Mts, as I do not have any idea about the distance.

Pretty certain that the range of this would adequate for your needs. I stay at 1st FLR and I'm easily getting 3 bars of Wifi where i park my car.


FYI, I just got the router yesterday.

I do not know the specific range, but and TP Link W8968 300mbps transfer rates are the same as the Huawei E5186 4G LTE router that is I'm using a router. My house is 3 floors and I use a E5186 which is placed on my main floor. It gives me complete coverage throughout the first floor and basement as well as backyard. We are able to stream on multiple devices from my NAS sitting in the basement.
