Random Reboots in new PC

Hotdogger

Right off the assembly line
I bought a new PC about four months ago in March. Pretty much a week or two after that, I've been experiencing random reboots. So far, about 20 or more times in these four months. There is no symptom either. It has happened in plain desktop mode, during games, during movies, during browsing, etc.

So far I have done the following to cure it but to no avail:

1. Ran Memtest 86+ to check RAM, found no errors after two passes
2. Ran PC Mark 7, no issues
3. Formatted C drive and reinstalled Windows, ran ok for 11 days and then rebooted again yesterday.

I can play demanding games like Batman Arkham Asylum or Medal of Honor 2010 for extended periods without issue, running at maximum details and resolution. CPU and video card temps are not unusually high during operation.

And after every time this happens, I check in system logs and it's always Event 41.

Here are the specs..

Motherboard: Intel DH67CL
CPU: Intel i5 2500
Graphics Card: ASUS GTX 560
Cabinet: Cooler Master 690 II Plus (ATX)
PSU: Corsair 650 Tx
RAM: Corsair 8 GB DD3 1600 mhz XMS3 (4x2)
OS: Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1

Thank you for any help that you can provide on this. I am very disappointed that my new PC that I bought after saving for months is giving me this problem.

BMG ftw!!
If you are using Seagate HDD, download & run Seatools to find out any error in HDD (which might be the reason behind the specified problem).
