Query related to Sierra 598u

What if I get Sierra 598u from abroad and get it unlocked in India, will it work for BSNL EVDO? And where can I get it unlocked in Delhi?

nope,it was unlocked before.
u have to unlock first to use it for bsnl.
BTW u can unlock it by using dfs as all sprint model has spc six zero.

Generally verizon model has spc six zeros not the sprint.

I've no idea about unlocking.....just tell me if I can unlock it on my own or get it unlocked in any shop?

Better to get a unlock one.
It can be unlocked but i didn't do this so i can not confirm u, some guys in TE did it specially verky from whom i bought it.
There is utility called Sierra CDMA spc unlocker to unlock it.
