Look at the list on the right hand side. "1.32 Point release" is listed for download. You can download it without any worries about Spyware/Adware/Virus.

Remember that if you have Quake 3 Team Arena, then you will need the 1.30 Point Release and updating it to v1.32 will cause problems. Otherwise, feel free to download the 1.32 PR.
