Q9450 temperature problem

Hi,my PC config is intel core 2 quad q9450 Intel® Coreâ„¢2 Quad Processor Q9450 (12M Cache, 2.66 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB))
PSU ::: 450W cooler master eXtreme Power Plus 460W (120mm fan) - Cooler Master - Leading Provider of Computer Case | Cooler | Power Supply

Brand new gfx card::Zotac GTX 560 Amp (ZOTAC - It's time to play! - GeForce® GTX 560 AMP! Edition)

RealTemp shows that my CPU Temperature is very high 60 odd on idle and 90+ whenever i play a game or do any cpu intensive task. Despite having good gfx card cant seem to njoi it.So,i want to buy a good CPU cooler in 2k range pls suggest one..FYI i am in IIT kanpur atm if u know some local dealers too that would be really helpful.

@ 2k the best you can get is CM Hyper 212+

Cant buy hyper 212 + it doesnt support my cpu socket(LGA 775)...can u guys suggest some reliable online site(theitwares is it alright?) to buy hyper tx3.
