purpose of town.mid in vista ?

i was browsing vista's windows folder and i came across this C:\Windows\Media\town.mid file. googling did not help much.

they just seem 2 b some songs and y they r used by windows, i have no idea. similar is the case with these two songs too : flourish.mid and onestop.mid.

any1 here have any idea about them ?

Not used Vista, so this is just a shot in the dark, but could it be used for some sound alerts? Have you tried playing the file to see what sound you hear and how long it is?

That's just an easter egg.

Windows XP also has that file i.e town.midi

Hey,
Could anyone attach town.mid to a message and post it cuz i used to have vista but removed it to make room for Linux Ubuntu! I should have backed it up as i think its cool
