ps2 modchip

i got a PAL Version 7 PS2 (SCPH-39004)...and i have a MAGIC 3 modchip which is not installed yet.

My friend jus gave me an NTSC game 2 play so i thot ill get the modchip installed, but the shopkeepr dude (Playstaion Point, Ghittorney, Delhi) told me that once the chip is installed, ill be able to play all fakes and only pal originals, not NTSC originals

is this true?

is there any other method i can use to play this NTSC original on my PAL ps2?

also i wanna ask, can a modchip harm the ps2?

Where did u get the ps2 in delhi.
I mean the location of the shop from where you bought it, coz i am planning to buy one. And how much will it cost me.

As for the mod chip, you will be able to play all pirated games, mp3, vcd and much more.

dude i got my ps2 from d frankfurt airport lol

but i modded it at maya toys (aka playstaion point) in ghittorney

they got a branch in aurobindo marg, and i think also in janpath

u can buy a ps2 from them also, and they will modify it also for u....u can buy pre modded from palika also but i dont trust ne1 in palika wareas maya toys is VERY trustworthy

i think ull b able 2 get it for around rs.10,000,, could b a lil more or lil less

and yeah the modchip let me play everything i luv it

btw, if i wz u, i wudn buy a ps2 cuz the ps3 is juss around d corner..
