Proxy Severe

Hey guys,

if ne1 got soln 2 dis.....i use a proxy server behind a firewall.....d probs is my repected server has blocked everything....even games, music etc sites....rather it has blocked yahoo n msn messenger...is there ne1 way out i can browse thru the sites n messengers....bassically messenger is more in need for me....ne idea?

ps:-yahoo msnger is blocked only in day time from 8am - 6pm. but i need it in dat time

Dear Sir, I too use the same connection. You just cannot do anything about it. The providers have blocked them all. Even, I am mad at them. But what can we do? We have to accept that.

@shoaibjameel123: this is really a bad connection though d only benifit is its price
do u have any idea if we have any broadband connectivity in jsr or any other internet connection without using my p&t phone...lemme know if any

try using a tunneling software, like HTTP-Tunnel or Hopster or desproxy ( a command line tool )
hope its not blocked too !

well jam guys theres a gud news for u....we have a broadband connection from bsnl for ADSL which offers download speed of abt 30 kbps in mnthly rental of rs. 500 n no extra phone bills....neither will it engage ur p&t line ...all u need to have for this is a bsnl p&t landline phone....rental will be added 2 ur phone bill...thats kool as i see..can i have any jamshedpurians contact...refer to bsnl dataOne site for details

if anybody is experienced with ADSL from dataOne plz suggest me if it has any drawback with 256k connection or 384k connection coz im goin to get it soon

@alib we dun know each other infact i dunno any1 in digit from jsr n we still bare that connection for its price

for browsing censored sites use a webproxy

Well couldn't even get thru IIT screening And something major went wrong with AIEEE(CBSE) as well. but have got average ranks in almost all other entrance exams i gave.
i got the following ranks in the exams i gave :

1936 - Manipal manipal.edu
1312 - Kalinga Inst (KIIT) kiit.org
30214 - AIEEE. world record ! (had totally fked up this one, had expected <10k)
2266 - Orissa State JEE
636 - Cochin university of Sc. and Tech. (CUSAT) cusat.ac.in

I need some info about Kalinga Inst, Orissa and CUSAT.
if you have some info or know someone who is studying there, do ping back
