Processor mob ram under 16000

I want to change my old desktop
my budget is 15000 i can extwend it to 1 or 2 K

i want it for moderate gaming and after effect multimedia application

Processor I want AMD but u can suggest intel plz mention commonly avalable mob

well its a 500w smps from iball
u can check my old config at the tag line c2d e4300 etc
