Processor in 8k or Cabinet(FULL) in 17k

Want to buy a processor in 8k. Planning to change my cabinet(FULL).
If possible plz tell me full specs for the Cabinet in 17k budget.
I already have DVD writer and HDDs so dont include it in cabinet.
I'll be using it for my college work(IT) and a little bit gaming
Please specify clearly your budget and requirements for specific hardware.OK. Not just some CPU and full cabinet will surmise.OK.

Ans: Windows (But i already own a wind 8 so don't include og cd in it)

Ans: 2 or 3
6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: DVD Writer , HDD, LCD, Speakers

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes by myself

AMD FX 6300 -7500,
Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 -5800,
Corsair vengeance 4GB 1600MHz -2500,
Corsair 200R -3500.
TOTAL -19300.
This is the best you can get but don't you need a GPU as the above Config should have GPU to run and function.OK.

The above specified components are good and will last for 3-4 years and if you can extend your budget then You can get HD7750 at 7000.OK.
PS: Wait for other TDF members to give their respective suggestions...

+1 to this config but a good cabinet is always better in the long run to keep the components cool and also gives the advantage of good cable management.

Are yaar look at the budget dude
FX 6300 is better than i3 3220. But, a 6300 config will be much expensive than the Intel config I've mentioned. The motherboard will be slightly more expensive and you'll need a graphic card too as there's no IGP on FX 6300. If you can increase budget, maybe by delaying the purchase then it's good else, stick with the Intel config I've suggested

What makes you say that? And of course, I'm not recommending that for a Rs. 30,000 rig.
I also included a GPU in my build, that would let OP play games at low-med settings (at least at 1600x900 or lower).
