For video encoding, the four cores of Athlon II X4 620 will help you a lot. All the motherboards are based on the 785G chipset by AMD, which has integrated HD4200 graphics. So, if you don't install any graphics card, then it will share RAM with your system. You can set this in BIOS. I am using onboard HD3300 with 128MB of its own RAM and 512MB shared with my system RAM. So 128+512 = 640MB shared VRAM. Again, this is up to you and this graphics is more than enough for me to play Crysis @ 800x600 without any lags.
