Problems with Nero 7 Premium

I have been using Nero 7 Premium, but when I am try to open Nero Burning Rom, a pop up window apperas. It says "nero.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

When I click the 'click here' options, it seems
"Error Signature"
AppName: nero.exe AppVer: 7.0.0.0 ModName: bcgcbpro730.dll
ModVer: 7.30.0.0 Offset: 0011d51b

Do you help me, how I could sort out this problems? I m from Kathmandu Nepal.

First, welcome to the forums, hope you have a great time on here.

Coming to the issue, the signature error seems to be with corrupt file that may have been downloaded. Uninstall nero and clean ur system and registry of nero entries. Download a fresh copy and then install.

No need to reinstall,just delete the 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ahead\Nero - Burning Rom\BCGWorkspace' registry key and ur problem is solved.
