problem with winxp explorer

hi, I have a strange problem with windows xp
- Whenever i rigt click or try access menu for any file or try to delete /copy the file the explorer gets closed closing all folders and again strats . it is very bad when i try to delete or copy any file.
can this be because of viru or what .
I have installed quick heal 2006 antivirus.

the problem is not ther when i right click or try to delete or copy folder.
please help.

It's probably not a virus, but a glitch in a recently installed program that installed context menu extensions. Did u install any app lately? I faced the same problem with a version of Dr.DivX. You can use any tweaking software to edit the context menu list, or, if u could identify that program. either dissociate context menu integration or remove the app if it's not an esential one.
