Problem with Windowx XP Styles (themes)

I'm using Windows XP. I've just downloaded WindowBlinds and tried using it. Unfortunately none of the themes are getting activated.

I checked the Appearance Tab in the Display Properties. I find only the Windows Classic Style and others of WindowBlinds. XP Style is not found.

How can i get back the Xp Style Theme (Green/Blue/Silver)

your themes service must have been disabled.try this:
start->run->services.msc->select themes(right hand panel)>right click>properties>set startup type to automatic.then restart
