Problem with Gamepad

Today I got a Enter(company,LOL) USB gamepad ,I know it seems cheap but couldn't find any better one around and had to play GRID because I don't want to break my keyboard making all wild and crazy turns.
Now,this gamepad isn't working.It is plug 'n' play thing.No drivers given.
Please help.

does it show up in control panel

if you have Vista, then no problem, but if xp, get SP3.

Yes it does!Thanks for the drivers.Will try out and tell you if they work.

I'm on XP.Not working even after drivers install.Any help?
