Problem with Airtel

I am facing a weird problem for the past two days with Airtel prepaid connection. I am not able to call but no problem with receiving them, not able to send sms, not able to check my balance . When i try to call i get a message that my outgoing call is temporarily barred and to call the customer care number at 121. But cannot even call there. Not only me, but everyone in my surrounding is having the problem with Airtel.

What is wrong? Does anyone else has a similar problem?
