I have bought new HP laptop with Vista Home Premium installed. I went ahead to update my system using my MTNL Triband connection at home. But after updations and using this lappy for some time I realised that some sites were not opening on this lappy. Whenever I tried opening sites like chip-india.com and some banking site I got the message "The connection has timed out". Interestingly using the same laapy on my office broadband (again MTNL Triband) I was able to browse all the sites. Back home the problem remained.

Could it be due to the router? I have D-Link DSL-502T ADSL router at home and some unknown brand MTNL router in the office.
I was not able to access D-Link's India site too although D-Link's sites belonging to other country's were opening without any problem.

Whats wrong? Is it hardware or Software problem?

I have tried both IE7 and Firefox. Also I have said that I was able to open these sites, on the same laptop, using MTNL triband connection at my office.
