problem in memory stick. Help!!

i brought a new sony cybershot w150 and took a lot of photoes. After the merory stick was full it started showing error. it doesnot run in camera and shows error saying cannot format the memory stick. when i plug it into computer it shows the mesage to format. is there any way by which i can recover those photos coz i dont want to loose them. so friends pls help.

Few things to remember,

Never format any card or memory stick from a computer, always do that in camera.

Dont use the same memory stick in multiple cameras.

What brand memory stick do u have, did it came along with any software to recover file, You can recover images from the card by using RescuePRO 3.0, google it to download, it comes free with certain cards & card reader from SanDisk, I used it twice to recover the lost images.
