Problem in lumia 520 net acess using elementary os wifi hotspot

Last few days I am using elementary os as my secondary os along with windows 7.After spending some time I could manage to install few software and still I could not create wifi hotspot in my Lenovo b490 laptop to access internet in my lumia 520.Can anybody guide me to complete this task.I followed instruction in the following site 3 Ways to Create Wifi Hotspot.Actually I could create wifihotspot and lumia 520 detects that but after keying in password after processing some time it complaints wrong password eventhough it is correct one.

Thank you for your reply.I could locate my phones MAC ID but don't know about how to add in modem's whitelist.Actually linux accepting my huawei e303s modem without installing any drivers.If you don't mind can you elaborate the steps to add in modem's whitelist.
