Why is 19MB word document to PDF conversion showing high usage in printer spooler

Its climping 25GB +



When i use Foxit reader's build in Print2PDF it shows Insufficent RAM warning ,so i am using CuteWriter_ Print2Pdf


Details of DOcument i am printing

WOrd file - Text & Graphics
Pages : 67

Usage showing ATM in Print spooler [ 10/20 - 13.4GB/28.1 GB

PDF output is 572 MB
DOC file size is 19 MB [Not sure how DOC compressed Heavy graphic images in docx

If you are using MS Office Version > 2003, then I'd suggest XPS Writer. It's MS's built in plugin. Search for your version and download. It's more handy than all these 3rd party software.

only figures that matters are of task manager which are fine(physical memory usage:31%).

thank you for suggession , but i prefer .pdf output over xps [many PC in our office NW dont have win 7(native xps support) or ms office installed)

Tested xps , it was quick ( less than 10 seconds )

still Wondering why 19MB word was converted to 500+ MB pdf

Do you have Ghostscript installed? Try BullZip PDF printer, which would install ghostscript by default.
