Price of XBOX 360 controller and others

Hi All,

I am going to get XBOX 360 controller for PC (Wired) tomorrow, what is the price of it in SP Road, and what is the warranty i get with it. Any stores you people (desiibond and others) refer in SP Road. Since the dealer (Pragathi Computers) i go to purchase always does not sell them.

Also what is the price of blank Dual layer DVD's (Moserbaer), last time i had brought it almost 8 months ago paying Rs 62 for each. Now i have no idea.

General price of Xbox 360 wired controller should be 1.2 - 1.7k. The stores would be Ankit Infotech and Golcha IT. We get the dual layer blank ones (moserbaer) here for about 40 bucks each.

You can order it online if you can make a direct fund transfer. These days online purchase has become very easy. Get it from a dealer called Prashant on TE forums. He sells it for 1.25k I suppose. The warranty on the controller is for 1 year, provided you have the date of purchase receipt. I just got my wired controller replaced for free. Great service by Microsoft.

@channabasanna, last time went to SP Road to buy xbox 360 controller, they were trying to sell a 3yr old piece. Make sure you get the latest one by checking date of manufacture.

Had been to SP Road, visited Golchha, Ankit and Railton. They only had the wireless version which is 2.5K, did not have the wired controller.
Only brought 10 Dual Layer DVD's (Rs63 each) and 30 DVD's (Rs12 each) both Moserbaer.
Even in Landmark, Jayanagar they only had wireless, which they said 2.5K.
Also brought GLADIATOR movie (Rs499.00)

@desiibond, where did you purchase the controller. I mean which shop in SP Road.
Is it ok that i will order it from eBay.

I bought it atleast a year ago in SP Road, Golcha. they are not keeping stock anymore.

There are few MS retail stores. check microsoft india page and you might find the addresses. call and check.

i don't trust ebay dude. better stick to retail stores or check in Techenclave

It didn't. That's the beauty of it. I told them that the 'A' button was not functional (in reality it had only gone soft) and the vibration wouldn't work. They instantly created the RMA request and in a week's time got my new controller.

Sure desiibond, i will not opt to buy from eBay then. Will check out in croma, e-zone and staples. Whether it is available or not.
