Adobe does not seem to have an official store in india because i could not find the country india ijn a list of stores on their website when i tried purchasing it.
But some vendors here are selling Photoshop CS4 single user for around 43,000 Rs including all the taxes.
But if you buy it from US Store then the price is $699 which gets around 32,660 for current exchange rates of USD to INR.
