what is the current price of motorola E398,
my, budget is 7-8K , is this phone good or worth buying??

if not can u suggest me best cell phone in this budget?

E398 has been disscontinued (Bhopal dealer say) but if u can find 1 that the best option.
so the next best thing is,
moto L6 = Rs.6800 with bill.

Due..the E398..you would be lucky(or unlucky) if u can still find one!
U might get the K700i for around 8500 bucks, or try the Moto L6
