I am using Airtel GPRS (Chandigarh). I have a motorola C350e phone which i connect to my PC thru a USB data cable to connect to the interet. Till yesterday it was working fine, but today when i try to connect , a message appears saying that "The PPP link protocol was terminated", but the gprs is working fine in my phone and the customer care executives know nuthing abt this error. I even formatted my computerand tried on 2 other different computers but all in vain. Anyone got an idea?
