Power Problem!!!

Pals,
since some time, i am facing a strange problem.
when every my pc comes under load, (playing games, or loading lot of files in photoshop)
my ups starts to beep continuously. with red light. (apc 600 ups)

i have changed my ups to new apc 600 upa and have also changed my smps,, still the problem persists,...
thou i never had the problem previously. after a power fluctuation at my place,, the problem has started...

but still i have changed both the components still the problem persists.

needed help in rectifying the problem.

I have already changed the UPS and the SMPS.

probably an issue with smps+ups. first check with another ups if possible. or contact apc customer care to check the ups. if that doesn't fix the problem, the issue might be related to power consumption (compared to the watt delivered by the ups) since seasonic m12 line up does have problem with stepped sine wave ups with the increased load. apc 800va/1100va ups might solve the problem.

i was using the old model apc 600 ups,,
but due to the problem, i purchased a new apc ups.... and still the problem persists...

as for smps,
i was using XFX PRO 550 bronze edition smps, previously....
and same problem with that too....as well.....
