What you can do is, buy a good quality headphone(Steelseries Siberia @ 3k), and you'll get good quality sound.

Yes. I do have that in my haf-x and that works with extreme-z,2700k,z-506. This one will go to phantom with z68-v pro & 2600k where there is no dedicated speakers atm.
