true..myself running an E2160 @ 3.2ghz(overclocked). Value for money if you cant afford E6750 but still need the power & performance of it.

^^^^ it is a replacement for the normal heat sinks that are shipped with the intel and AMB processors/.... u can easily change the one u already have with a new one ...
