Finally got myself a MSI 8800GT 512MB OC version for Rs. 11500 + VAT

However I also had to buy a PSU for running this baby (figured my Navtech 450W stock PSU was just not upto the mark) ... initially decided to go for CoolerMaster extreme power 600W but finally got Corsair VX450 for Rs 3800 + VAT

Well I was going to get it from Tirupati which asked for Rs. 12000 + VAT (approx).
However I decided to do some shop hopping first and got a quote of Rs. 11500 + VAT for XFX 8800GT from Technocrat. Armed with this info I met Mr. Ranjit Singh of Tirupati and got the card at the same price .

And yes , it hurt to pay 4000 bucks for a PSU but I am sure it is going to prove benificial in the long run .

Even, i am planning for 8800GT. Though, stacked in a dilemma with 9600GT/8800GT ! Would like few suggestions...

Regarding, PSU...u made the right choice. How much cont. power btw..? 450W or 500W?

Frontech Internal TV Tuner Card - Not able to Reocrd

hi guys i need Help, I purchased a Frontech Internal TV Tuner Card, everything is workign good, but am not able to record programs.... when ever i press the button record, i get a error message saying that, "Fail to Load File"....... Wats that has to be done... Can ANybodyy help me out here... Thanks

Ya planning to do some benchmarks...dunno when (due to my laziness )

My suggestion is to go for 8800GT...bit more future proof

Actually I threatened to buy XFX card if I did not get the MSI card at Rs. 11500 + VAT Had to do a lil' armtwisting

This aint gonna end ever...isnt ?? How can anyone stabilize their decisions then? Wait for another year, and probably Nvidia Nvidia 10000 GTX would be out!
For the moment, considering everything from price to performance, the best bang seems to be 9600GT! Correct me, if em wrong.
Now if i could only get my hands on Palit's Sonic model!!

kingston value ram 800MHz DDR2-> 1000/- (it's for another system)
AOC 917Vw 19" ws lcd -> 8500/- (HDCP compliant with DVI input)

Congrats!! That's a nice camera and gives excellent images in lower ISO compared to most compact cams.
Any reason for not buying in India?

yeah as TODPHOD.com sticker speaks out,i got it from representative of todphod.com tarun known as KMD across forums.. got it for 9.8k+150 bucks for shipping to delhi
