Why use paypal? Use paisapay, ebay will take the money from your debit/credit card, then the seller will ship your product and give you tracking no, the money will still be held by ebay until the product reaches you and you confirm item received in ebay website, only then will ebay give the money to the seller, if the item does not reach you or is damaged, you can launch a complaint and ebay will refund your money to you, very secure, I've bought many stuffs through this, you can buy safely using paisapay.
