theoretically resolution is low (in specifications). but practically i dont see any problem / low resolution issues. may be for 18.5" display, this is sufficient resolution.

for 15-18" LCD monitors aspect ratio changed
earlier it was 1024x768 (4:3) aspect ratio =1.33:1
then it was 1440x900 (16:10) aspect ratio =1.60:1
now it is 1360x768 (16:9) aspect ratio = 1.78:1 (international standard format of HDTV)
manufacturers are changing aspect ratios, even 20" model is having 1600x900 resolution.
anyway 16:9 is good for movies

Purchased Creative SBS A300 Speakers last week after my iBall Booster speakers were sent for repairs, due to a failed Amp. Price was Rs. 1450/- from Excellent Computers in Cochin. Initial Impressions are that the Sub is good with a decent punch but unfortunately misses out on the 20-40Hz frequency band. The satellites unfortunately do not match the sub's quality with their 2" drivers missing out on some frequencies. This is noticeable in particular in a Ricky Martin track called Saint Tropez, where some of the drums go missing when heard on this speaker set. It is an average performer.
