thanks karan. its a HD5670 & ram is corsair. will post detailed pics later.
& Upasana is my sis name. brought the parts through her account. actually i already placed an order with proccy & mobo but later changed my mind on seeing SMC offering same thing at much cheaper.

guys a small problem. the ATX 12V plug unable reach the 12V point in board. what to do? any idea? my PSU placement is at the bottom. & PSU is FSP saga II 400W.

thats was least funny.
BTW guys how much does a 4 pin to 8 pin EPS12V adapter cost? cause my mobo have 8 PIN EPS12V connector. add to it the 4PIN connector on the FSP PSU is a bit short. or say the Cabby is a bit too HUGE.

^ your cabby should have supplied an extension cable or check the mobo accessories, there should be one, or run the cable cross from back side of the mobo mounting panel, I did that.
