last time i checked a R9-290X costs around 47K India, a 290 is around 32K ( that too with the factory cooler)
so if i could see someone buying HIS cards with aftermarket cooling solutions with 5K to 9K cheaper price with 2 years warranty, yes i would get a lil jealous

Prices are not that cheap, the HIS 280X is 21k here incl of all taxes, I bought the Sapphire Dual X OC for 22k incl all taxes, ~1k is certainly worth the 3 years warranty(on sapphire).

280X is not the only graphics card in market, anyone can get a R290 with 5K more here, I would like to see a link where in India It sells below 27K

enough off-topic, fundamentally what my point and answer to ajay's query is, Graphics cards are undoubtedly cheaper than in India compare to exact same brand to brand, model to model and with Warranty. and for FYI there are brands like EVGA and Inno3D is also here providing even highest end aftermarket editions cards ( for example classified and K|ngp|n Edition cards for GTX series) at right price.
So i will repeat, if anyone is frequent flyer down here or going to stay here for a pretty long period, can go and save at least two thousand bucks or more, game like hell ....and In case of issues, get RMA 'ed and again game like hell just like people do in India, they can very well buy themselves a card
Its not like in India Asus/Sapphire/HIS is sending a bottle of Henri Jayer Richebourg and peanuts along when they replace their cards, so its BAU. So if anyone is unto the business here and willing to buy card, they're welcome, i'm no agent, i only stated facts, there is no reason to make the 25K look like 27K and vice-verse and shout not cheap not cheap. Maths at this level is easy, 27K > 25K
