Post rooting app updates

Hello digit it's been a while since i rooted my samsung galaxy music duos gt-s6012 and the play store worked fine for a while(a month or so),even though i read about a counter or something that cancels access of app updates from the store.Recently i found that i couldnt update any more.Is there any way i can get updates back or could you suggest an alternative app store?

which app is giving problem? I've heared about bug that many time apps installed via .apk and not from play store wont update.
You can do this Uninstall-->install from play store warning: this will remove saved data, so always backup.
Amazon App store and aptoide or Blackmart can be used as alternative to play store.
