POST hanging

I have bought HUWAEI DONGLE E303c. It is working perfectly. But when i start my PC with the DONGLE inserted in a USB port following happens :

• BEEP sound is coming
• Display coming
• Detects Processor

After this it halts and does not do anything further.

If i remove the dongle now it still remains in the same position.

If i start the PC without any dongle inserted it goes normally.

From BIOS i have disabled USB as a boot device.

No fix.

Set the boot priority of USB device as min but don't remove it as boot device. This problem is occurring because of the fact that you have removed USB as boot device. PC detecting USB & setting the priority max by default.

USB is set as boot priority. Disable that.
